The drop shadow is hard to see because of the black BG, so IMO, the border should be visible on the left side, more then the right.

IMP Too much blurring on the text.

This is a nice use of Polar Inversion Plus.(?) Nice Job on this one! But the text seems too small, and its hard to read it. Hmm. Splatter Plugin + I have no idea... I like it. =]

It looks like it could be done in Curves-Luminosity.

You can use the Move Selected Pixels Tool ( ) to move it or re-size one of the layers, if that helps.

I'm not positive, but doesn't the layer your using it on have to be mostly transparent?

Brighten the dark part in the background (don't change the text!) and you're set. I would change the border also. Btw- New Set
