Is there an effects brush ? The problem i have is i want to take 2 layers, one one layer have it in OVERLAY mode but to make it look more realistic i want to BLUR the edges of this layer. i can use the select tool, but i was wondering if there was any kind of an effects BRUSH i can use to apply the effect to only places i click or move my mouse around?
