Posh Spice at the DMV: "Don't you do retouching here?" DMV worker: Umm. No. Hello ^_^ I've had Paint.net for a while, I've removed blemishes with the eyedropper tool, but I was wondering if anyone had any good tutorials on how to do a Dove Commercial style retouching? Greatly appreciated. Cheers.
