  1. Ok, horribly sorry for the other post. I thought I had seen a place to post this stuff, but I think I missed it while searching for it and thought I had just imagined that there was a place to post creations. I'll stick to this from now on. Anyway... As I said before. I tried a tut with something involving the drop shadow effect. I changed the background of it and first got this... But then I decided that it was too blurry and dark looking. So I made a couple of other tries... I don't know which color around the lettering I like best. What do any of you think? If you have any other ideas, please let me know. Or if something doesn't look right, let me know that too. I hate the resolution of my monitor and it's sometimes hard to tell how things turn out. (I need to get a new monitor someday, along with several other things.) Oh before I forget, are there specific fonts that work best for these things? I'm not sure if I care for the one I used on those images above.

  3. Is this an alright title? This is a bit different from the other forum I used to post at and I get confused when really sleepy. But thank you for your input. Really helpful!
  4. I have had Paint.NET for a while, but never really got to explore it a lot until now. So I was experimenting with a random Icon, some small for starters... Now I'm wondering if anyone could tell me what plug-in would be best for me to use to make this icon more smooth looking. I tried the feather thing, blur, glow, adjusting different levels, and a bunch of other random things. I still say it doesn't look smooth enough. Can anyone help? I would really appreciate it a lot. Thanks. Here is the image. Just out of curiousity... If you do need help with something and you search for it, but don;t think of the right word to use, can you still ask for help? The rules say no asking help. Or are you just not suppsoed to ask for help in the ways that they have listed? And I meant new as in creating things. Not newbie new.
