Great plugin, but is there a way to make it work on text which is on a transparent background?

Doing detailed work while zooming in is very tedious and frustrating, since you have to constantly move the color/tools/layers dialogs around. Would it be possible to have a way to scroll off the side of an image (maybe limit it to scrolling far enough over that the corner/border is centered)?

I like this plugin, but is there a way to make it so the borders aren't so thick? I am trying to make a grid with boxes 2 pixels wide but with the 2 pixel border it is too fat.

Are there any plugins/steps that can be taken to convert the colors in a picture to their closest equivelant within a certain pallette?

Pretty straight forward actually, when an image has transparent pixels (such as a deleted border, or a portion of the picture removed) it would crop it down to the first pixel it finds. This way you won't have to worry about losing any part of the image, though if the transparent part is uneven you would have some transparency left over (which you could then fill in later).
