LOL. I love this effect. But 1 thing, I need you to make a plugin of this effect for v3.22 because if I upgrade then I have to download all plugins again and I have heaps. So im sticking with v3.22 so I need a smudge plugin for that. THX in advance.

Could someone make a grunge tutorial that makes a really good and pro grunge texture. I am using grunge for my banners and I cant seem to get a good grunge effect.

YAY. I finnaly got paint.NET v3.22. cant wait for version 4.0. Liked to say that when ya reducing noise, duplicate ther layer and then use duplicate noise. Set the layer blending mode to lighten and change the opactitity. looks nice

I dont want to download the BETA version. Is there just normal paint.NET V3.22 because when i tried downloading it it was a BETA.

Well, if ya want to post multiple pictures and they have transperant backgrounds, you have to post each on a new layer.

Here are my idea's. My first would be like looking through X-Ray goggles like it havig green. Kinda like the XOR effect. The next one would be saving photoshop/GIMP brushes into paint.NET. like programming paint.NET to take different programs plugins, brushes etc. Dont know if that is possible though. Having a built in thing where you could make your own plugin like you can make a plugin in paint.NET. My third idea is to make a clothes type texture plugin. Im making a person project and i need to add realistic clothes. My last idea is to be able to make Animatons in paint.NEt without other programs. thanks for reading.
