how do i create a new layer and create a shape similar to what you have there? -
a friend of mine recently suggested that i use paint.net for editing my pictures.. i have no idea what im doing or where to start and she suggested looking up how to take black and white pictures and add color. i must be looking in the wrong place or not doing something right because i cant find anything like that.. i have NO IDEA where to start or what to do.. could any of you paint.net pros help me get started? THANKS a bunch!!!
