  2. my most sincere apology, and answering your question Myrddin, I did. whe I tried to reinstall it, without removing the program, the same messsage appear, and after that another one did: http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g58/a ... ttulo2.jpg so I have no idea of what is going on here -..-

  4. Myrddin thank you, but I was surprised when I searched for 'PdnRepair.exe', It does not exist. I ave no idea of what has happened. I really feel sorry to cause so many problems
  5. thank you for your answeres, and well I have Windows XP and the message I mentioned appears when I tried to remove the program in the control panel . In the list of programs it actually appears .Net Framework, actually I never uninstall the program properly, I just eliminated the plugins, since then Im not able to open the program,remove it or reinstalling it.
  6. I had some trouble with plugins, so I tried to eliminate them, but when I tried to open the rpogram I couldn't do it, so I decided to unistall it, but now it seems that it's imposible, because when I tried it, a message saying: "There is a problem with windows installing package. A Progran required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personel" appears. so what can I do? I'd really appreciate any advice
