That's pretty cool. It looks like you rendered some clouds on two different layers and used the vortex tool on one of them and "highlighted" the vortexed one. Is that how you made it?

Is there a way to disable mipmaps on the DDS file type? Photoshop can do it but I can't find if Paintdotnet can. Thans in adance.

I placed the Water reflection effect in the effects but how do i access it in the program? Its not under the effects section.
