Ok I downloaded the code placed into the effects folder, did the unblock. Ok then went into paintnet clicked effects tab, well this was in there but not the plugins. Am I missing something or just dence.

After I place the plug into effects folder when I open up paintnet do I need to open the effects folder to beable to use the plugin, or is it suppose to be in the effects tab.

Thank you for your help, I am reading a lot and playing so I don't have to ask a lot of questions, But sometimes just a little push will point you in the direction.

Ok I am new here and I wanted to ask, I bring a template up and then put my color in and then I bring the image in, now I need to turn it in another way and I am just not working the rotate thing right. Need help. Thanks
