I have no idea what the problem was, however, i fixed by rolling back my computer to before i installed anything. Then i just installed .net framework 3.0and it installed/ran fine. thanks anyway. mods can mark as resolved.

Ok so here's the stitch: I did a complete system reset yesterday, re-installed everything, downloaded the .NET framework 2 and 3. Tried to install PDN and i get this error before I get anywhere :shock: : :shock: :shock: :shock: I click continue and then nothing happens...
