Thanks for the advice about using the portrait effect, it works well :-) What I want to know though is HOW to do this to pictures? I know the portrait plugin automates this, but what does it automate? if I wanted to do this by hand, what would I need to do? Any help would be much appreciated :-) Andy

Hi, I've searched the forums and can't find any info on this so I have done my research :-) I am wondering how I would go about doing touch-ups to photo's, most importantly getting rid of spots/freckles? I've tried and tried but I'm new to this and having no luck. I've tried blurring the area but that just makes the picture look stupid! also (I guess it would be related) would be getting rid of stubble? there isn't much on the photo, but would be good to get rid of it if possible?
