  1. I have the exact same issues. I have reinstalled the plugin, and nada. Still crashes. Maybe we should compare crash logs...
  2. I am getting errors and PDN is crashing when I try to run this plugin... It is not because of too many brushes this time Any suggestions as to what can be causing the errors and what I can do to fix this?
  3. Not bad, I just suggest zooming out a little. You should have seen my first attempt
  4. This looks fun. I cannot wait to play around with it.
  5. It crashes even with only one brush in there. So the number of brushes is not the problem at least this time. I think I am just jinxed today.
  6. I have several hundred but in different folders. I copy no more than 20 at a time to the custom brushes folder before opening pdn and running the plugin.
  7. Is there any other reason the plugin may crash? I try running it with a few brushes and now none and all day it has been crashing I have been having bad luck, so maybe I am simply jinxed today.
  8. That is true, but what about an option to choose a different folder after the default one is loaded? Is there a way to make it so you can have all your brushes in the one folder without it crashing?
  9. I love this plugin. My only problem is if I put too many in the folder, it crashes when I try to use it. So I have mine sorted in another folder and usually have to copy the ones I think I am going to use before I open pdn. I think with the ABR viewer more people are going to be adding a lot more and having crash problem. Is there any way (in a future update of this plugin) we can have it so you can open a specific folder within the plugin screen and use that selection. I know it will be a problem for people who have problems with sorting their brushes or even putting them in correct places. But I know a lot of people like me are going to go hit deviantart and download several hundred without thinking and end up crashing pdn and it taking a smack on the head to figure out why. (which it did not me, actually too smacks) I do not mean to make more work on everybody, I just wish I could use all the brushes I downloaded without having to copy in and out of the custom brushes folder what I think I will need and will not need before I even open the program. Is this even do-able?
  10. I appreciate the effects menu being redone. It is much better organized now So far I like what I see and can't wait for the final draft of this version.
  11. Personally I would like to see examples of the plug-in... I guess I am still but a hesitant little noob
  12. I am sure there is another way, but here are my thoughts. Duplicate the picture layer. Turn the bottom one into Black and White, and then on the top layer cut away anything you don't want to be in color. Hopefully somebody comes along with a better solution Glad you like the program, I myself am addicted as the possibilities do seem endless.
  13. I have referred a lot of friends to Paint.Net. Those who would never be able to figure out GIMP and don't want to go out and by photoshop. Thank God for download.com or I would have never found this program, and fallen in love with it!
  14. This is great. I was thinking just the other day that the twist needed something more. Lovin it!
  15. It is nice Aki! I like it. My only suggestion is maybe make the twist in the middle the same colors as the two on each side. But the purple adds a nice effect either way. It draws the eye in.
