sorry but i don't like this picture. The colours look ugly. And this picture is very simple to make. Barcode- plugin , twist, neon effect and clouds. Not good, you could do better!

I did this pic the easy way Draw the background For the Hibiscus Flowers i used digabits from http://www.dafont.com/theme.php?cat=712 And for the other flowershapes i used that http://www.bestsharing.com/files/TKvQ0325879/Plants.zip.html from this thread http://paintdotnet.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?t=6570 SO now you have every thing you need to "draw" this pic in paint.net i hope nobody is angry that i posted that here and not in the tut thread. :?
