Shiroibara

Sorry. Here is the original image, the image I cleaned up and am using, and what I've achieved so far. I think I've got some of the look okay, but it just looks too flat, especially with a background to highlight the transparency.

I've tried using the tutorials to make glass and ice text, but none of them give me the desired look. I have a cut out of a person that I would like to edit to make it look like an ice sculpture. Can anyone help me? Please, PM me if you are willing to help. This is the image:

I'm sorry if this has been addressed, but I can't find anything about csh files or custom shapes in the forums. I just wanted to know if PDN supports CSH files and if so, where I would import them.
