  1. Are you sure that you attached the proper version? It still does not work for me in 3.20. I can see that: DLL Version 1.0.0.0 Creation date 18.11.2007 Could you pls re-check it and update?
  2. You need to add new transparent layer to the top. Then create the black border on this new layer. And only then you need apply Gaussian blur
  3. Easy way to get feasible vignetting: Borders plugin->Radial blur->Gaussian blur. Since real camera's lense is a circle and introduces different optical circle-like distortions into the picture so using of square-like vignetting makes picture non-truly looking
