Obviously there is a way to do it with out an effect, but is there anyway for someone to make an effect out of it

When I deleted the file, the Dent effect is still in my effecta folder. Ed, considering your the one who made this effect, im expecting you know what to do? * The reason the problem comes up multiple times, is because I deleted the file, and continued to attempt to reopen it after I deleted it.

What i was wanting was an effect somewhat like this: (click to enlarge) what i was talking about were the slanted lines in the back, its got that glow to it, but we've already got a glow effect is that already made or not, im new , i just joined today, so please help me out thx!
