By pressing Ctrl+F you are simply repeating the effect you just did, or you can do it the long way and go to the drop down effects menu and at the top it will say "Repeat Clouds" press that and it will repeat but Ctrl+F is much more easier Hope this helps

well i did it! not very good though but just a practice i think i could do better: very hard and it made it worse when i thought it would look nice with a real background (how wrong was i) so then i had to cut it out and fix it lol stupid me but still its a start tell me wat u all think
