BEFORE See the problem is that theres no left side of his head. and other parts like his shoulder see theres some rough parts (circled)

this is the kind of stencil im talking about not my stencil -- i would show mine but i havent uploaded the pics. with photoshop you can make stencils like this but i cant figure it out on paint.net

My CS3 trial offer is over and i dont know how to make stencils on Paint.net just on photoshop. Does anyone know how/or know what im talking about?

Theres a Program called pivot stick figure animator and this .gif looks exactly like what u can do with the program, so theres no way you made it on PdN

Are there any plugins or things i can do my self to make a regular picture into a cartoon almost.... im not sure how to explain it.... :o

Is there anyway i can put glow only on one side of the whole picture. yes but the problem is how do i get more than one picture on the canvus on at least have them in there own layers? this is probably wrong but, press open and get the other picture i want on my "siggy" and it just opens a new tab, i guess.... thats what i need help with

My Question is really hard for me to explain but how do you add more than maybe, 3 pictures to one, picture to make a signature, if you dont get it assk question or whatever, cause im not very good at explaining... Thanks MFH :x
