Hey sorry if this has been answered or explained but maybe I just missed it
I was looking at a rain tutorial and I followed the instructions and everything but it didn't really explain how to put the rain over an image
so i just tried the best i could and i made it and everything however the image got really light becauset he layer wasnt transparent or something.
so i was wondering how do you make it transparent or do you just make the opacity like 0% and then it will work?
