I don't see that. I only see tile reflection.

I searched, but didnt find a plugin to make a picture look like a mosaic. Does it exist? I do not look for one that makes a mosaic out of 100 pics, I kwow there is software for that. I have a picture that I want to change in a mosaic. Thanks in advance, Rogalla
