Ugh, they still hate the red eye removal in that video...

That's the notice that this version is still in bèta (or in this case, a release candidate.) It's very intentional.

I'm having problems with the installer package... When trying to install PDN 3.20 RC1, i get this error.
Is that something that concerns the installer package itself, something in my computer, or anything else?
Notes:
- [*:2k222u4u]I keep a backup of 3.10 with the dreaded polyline/bezier tools, in a separate folder.
[*:2k222u4u]All other installing goes just fine.

@BB00: I'd like a PSP like that Looks awesome!

I believe it's clear who won. Do we get the green light from you, Helio?
-
I already want to congratulate CMD. Unless 12 people at once vote for me, I guess he wins, clearly Congrats CMD!
-
Minimalistic, huh?
-
I have to say that I voted for CMD... Because just the best in this MSC. But next time...

Maybe a new sig-ava combo, based on the AO Splash screen I made.

(The splash screen can be seen in my flash video: http://stephanheijl.110mb.com/Boot-Browser.swf . I'll upload it to dA later.)

I would recommend this time showing how much votes everyone got. Just to see if it was a real neck-on-neck race, an easy win, or something inbetween. A list of who voted for who, would be useful for me to know who to flame, but isn't necessary

I'm suddenly a lot less certain of my victory... :?
Still, great work CMD!
-
Aren't we supposed to start voting atm?
-
Also, credit goes to Rubrica for thinking of the name.
-
I did it not to lose focus to the webpage I actually made*. Problems? At least it's real sized...
*For MSC #1
-
Mine's in. Please discuss.

At last, my friends, Abluo Obscurus is done! with 89% page efficiency with an unfolded bar, and upto 98% with a folded one!*
On a 1024x768 resolution.
Main browser with tab menu unfolded
Main browser with address bar unfolded
Main browser with bar folded in
Color themes for the browser
I'm awesome. But credit goes to Rubrica for thinking of the name. -
It depends on when I can feel that a 100 MB dependency download is reasonable for a 1.5 MB image editor to require. .NET 3.5 is huge.
Unless you get 4.0 a lot bigger... However, seeing that you're only planning it ATM, you really can't know...
Also, i use .NET 3.0. Just because of some B&W converter someone made with a nice UI... I don't have a clue what it's called right now.

Most likely you used the link to the page with the sig on it. When you're on that page (copy+paste to adressbar) right click on th image and select "Copy Image Locaton" (or something similar in other browsers.) Then paste it in your sig, and you're good to go.

I measured: I use nearly 90% of the screen, with all menus unfolded. 703.000 pixels squared. 925x768.
-
For everyone still busy: Remember to make your browser EFFICIENT... I hate to use an example, but Jerkfight's submission uses only 2/3 of the screen... The rest is NOT filled, not even talking about the space the buttons take up. In fact only half your screen is actual webpage...(I Actually measured this. Of the 750000 Pixel2, only 385956 pixel2 way used.) please people, don't ruin your creation that way.
I hope you don't mind i used yours as an example, Jerkfight, it's just constructive criticism.
-
yours is much more creative, Stephan. Just like the Operating System comptetition, you manage to defy what it is that makes a web browser what it is. Reminds me a bit of an article about how new user interfaces will keep computers alive thought
Thanks However, i can't really say my submission in MSC #5 was very innovating... Compared to the rest, which were all "Just" Windows skins, okay... But other then that, it really didn't contain any more then the other submissions did, also, ironically enough, the browser sucked!
@Myrddin: They come from the Microsoft Font "Webdings" I personally hate to use them in their natural shape, but editing them makes some great results. For example, I used the house aswell for the "Home" button (See, not very innovative, huh?) But edited it.

Looks good, if i would have to choose right now, it'd definetly be yours, Mike...
However, i don't have to, my submission is due tomorrow or the 24th... We'll see, although i've given away quite a lot by posting:
This:
And this:
NOTE: These are not recent... I updated them already, but i'm not gonna show you just because i'm too awesome.

Okay... Now that i copied the old version to C:\Program File\Paint.NET, it tries to install, and freezes at the removing of the older version. Then it tells me it can't find C:\Program File\Paint.NET\Staging\PaintDotNet_81896644.msi ...
EDIT: Fixed it. Downloaded 2.72 (Blast from the past) And upgraded from there. At last!
