hmm basicly it's dents+color tint+blurs+engrave, while playing with layers. Do these with a couple of variations and there you go. THIS may help you.

You cant host pdn images. They are only there to support your canvas and stuff. You must have them in Jpeg / png /etc.

I followed the tut and messed with it... I ended with somekind of engraved gold-apple medallion I think it's pretty cool, i'll make it my avatar ;-)
