Having an export function would be helpful. Sometimes I'm working with a bunch of different layers and I need to save GIF or JPG files with various combinations of these layers being visible. Without an export function this is kind of tedious since I have to use save as thereby requiring me to flatten the image and then I have to reopen the original file multiple times.
