Quigmire

I'm trying to insert 2 animated pics and have them work as one... I can only see the last layer. 1st layer 600x600 white 2nd layer animation of moving circle 3rd layer animation of a moving figure What am I doing wrong..Please don't make fun,I get offeneded easily
