That looks pretty nice! I love the background with all the lines, really adds the "fly" and "soar" feeling to the sig.

Pretty cool. Render planet can help a ton! It's really hard to make renders.. so don't feel to bad that you can't. Keep up the good work!

Here's something I'm working on... it could be used as a desktop (which I probably will when I'm done.) or could be for a CD cover.. don't ask
It's not done yet, and I need some advice.. just anything.. what else should I do with it, what shouldn't I do with it that's already done etc. The space at the bottom is for more text.. so that's gotta stay empty. Any advice with colors or anything?
Oh, and the starscape is just a sample for now, I'm going to make a little cooler one later.. My main focus is the big planet eating ship thingy.

Umm.. I didn't draw them entirely from scratch. I used erkansus's tutorial to make them. Along with the Animated Rain Tutorial by Darkshock91. Which means... the two people in those pictures are renders I got from Render Planet. Check out those tutorials to figure out how I made the rest

Sorry I've been gone for a couple of days, but now I'm back! Well I'll probably keep the one I have for a while longer since it seems more popular than the changing idea. But just for future reference ideas I'll tell you a little about what I like.
For the styles I normaly like a grunge backround... or space.
Letter assembling would be DrD
I like funny things like cartoons, but ones that look a little more serious. (Not straight foreward funny, like you have to think about it to get it. That's hard to achieve in an avatar though...)
I don't really like relating to games or movies, I like to be original... although I really didn't make the stickfigure avatar I have, but I got it from somebody else who had it on a different forum that is now gone.
And I also absolutly love space!
So there's a little sketch of some things I like. Anybody have any ideas for an avatar with one or more of those types of things in it?

There isn't exactly a blur "tool" but there is a way to do it. If you want to blur just the edges, you have to download the "Feather" plug-in. Then you have to go to Effects>Blurs>Feather and there you have it.

I'm just wondering in general if my avatar is getting annoying. I am very willing to change it if it's getting annoying... so tell me what you think.
So if I do end up changing it, does anybody have any ideas of what would suit my name. I know this is kind of a far out question, but I need some ideas for maybe a new avatar or practice.
Oh and I just might redo my signature too... I found out how to install new fonts...

Awesome! I had always wondered how this was done. I'm going to go try it right now. I'll post my results when I'm done.
(Although nobody has posted here for quite some time...)

Here's one I made. I tweaked the color a ton and did some color matching with other photos to get it to look surreal. I kinda like it, however it's over exposed. Maybe I'll do better on my next one
