My hard drive crashed and I lost everything. I'm restarting a new computer from scratch and I need, Paint.net. I go to the website to download it and there is so much junk attached to the download and by the time I accept everything Paint.net doesn't download but all the junk does. Can someone PLEASE send me the download without the junk. PLEASE...I'M DESPERATE! <snip> Thank you!

I just don't get how the layers work????? I click on layer, a box comes up at the bottom of my screen and then I'm lost!!!

Thanks! I'll give it a try! I just started on this today and haven't had much time to work with it. The layers thing is confusing but I'll work at it. You much spend hours and hours on this! How creative!

Yes, I'm trying to earse a shadow from the item. I need the item to almost look like it is floating within the white background. We will be using the pictures for a brochure. I used the magic wand and got the checkerboard background and they look pretty good but not good enough. [/url]

Is there an easy way to remove the shadow from an object? I'm taking pictures of items need to make the background transparent but when I erase the shadow little lines still show???? Help! :x
