  1. Often imitated, but never duplicated. Often loved, but never hated. You guessed it! I'm talking about my very own, MOTOKRZR K1m. Grey, MOTOKRZR K1m. I currently have a background for it. I made it myself from scratch. My background: My phone:
  2. firefly: 9.5/10!! Love the simplicity of the design. Mighty fine.
  3. Cannot people spell? I've heard of a thing called a human error, but this is way more than a tiny error. About every other post in the PdN forum has a word spelled wrongly. I mean, honestly, you would think that people that knew how to operate a somewhat complex paint program could at least spell words correctly. I also take into consideration that in the modern world today, there are many abbreviations and what not.
  4. someone2016: Great sig! I like the squares and everything about it. It's unique and different. 9.5/10 I liked it a lot, but one of me teachers gave a great speech. He said that he never gives 100's because he said there was always room for improvement. So, that is my reasoning for the 9.5/10.
  5. cjmcguinness, I think that your square button would look better with two drop shadows. What I mean by that is adding a lighter drop shadow on the top left. I've taken your picture and re-done it with a second drop shadow to show you what I was talking about. I did not blur the drop shadows because, in my opinion, it made it look like a more realistic shadow. Let me know what you think of this picture/idea. (One of the pictures is on a white background so the drop shadow would be more noticeable. Both pictures are the same, just one doesn't have a background.)
  6. Photoshop is extremely expensive, but in the world of the Internet, you can get anything for free! I'm not implying anything, honestly, but I'm just stating that it (downloading Photoshop for free) can definitely be done. I'm sure you can download it from Limewire. (LimeWire is a free, open source Gnutella peer-to-peer network client released under the GNU General Public License. The program allows users to share files using the Gnutella peer-to-peer protocol.) That is probably one of many places to get it. If I remember correctly, however, I believe they are/were being sued for distributing software illegally.
  7. I only use PdN. I'm sure Photoshop has tons of features, but Photoshop is more for professional graphics. PdN is more fun! (And a lot easier to use!)
  8. jerkfight: Very interesting with all of the colors. The only thing that I don't like about it is the font used. It's a bit too medieval for the sig. It seems to me that the font should be a Sans Serif. Just something smooth and simple to complement the busy background. OVERALL: 8/10 (New font)
  9. 0/10!!! I like PICTURES and GRAPHICS for signatures. WHERE'S THE SIG, BOB?
  10. Awesome, mymetallicpotato!! 8.5268/10 (I had to get really specific!! LOL! )
  11. Bossk The Wizard Lizard: I donno if that would help adhanberry sound more/ less southern or not. LOL! I was wondering if anyone was going to answer my question..
  12. The font I used is Lucida Grande which is the font Apple uses as its font on iPods, Macs, etc.. Lucida Grande on a Mac is kind of like Tahoma on a Window's PC.
  13. Yes, I am extremely happy. Thanks so much. You might have already known this, but I learned this while creating my sig. and avatar. Hold down the shift button to keep the original proportion of an image when resizing it. I already used the shift button for perfect rectangles and that sort, but I didn't know that it kept the original proportion for images or anything that is selected. Once again, I am extremely pleased and thankful of your level of knowledge with Paint.NET. (This is random and stupid, but heck, it's the Overflow. Do I sound Southern in my posts [besides saying "y'all"]?)
  14. Ok. I update my pictures and traced the Apples with a grey line using the Line/Curve tool. Does it look better now? (BTW, that's a good tip. I never thought about that!)
  15. That is why the edges are fuzzy. I used the Feather plugin. If I didn't use it at all, then the apple was too jagged. Does anyone know of any other ways to use the Feather effect on small things such as this Apple logo?
  16. So I wanted to ask you all a favor. Could y'all (Yes. Im from da South and I do no me some grammer and spellin.) please give me some criticism on my signature and avatar. I don't know exactly what these things are, but I think they're cool. I just want criticism on the graphic itself, not the text or anything please. Also, let me know how I could improve it. Ask questions too. Anything relating to my sig or avatar would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!! EDIT: Since I first posted this topic, I have changed my signature. Feel free to give criticism on any sig that you see.
  17. Thank you, BoltBait and pyrochild... but who are moderators and what are there jobs? Do they work for Paint.NET?

  19. I'm a newbie, but I'm not necessarily in need. I was wondering how AND why topics get sticky'd. :?: Can regular users sticky a topic or can anyone do it? Maybe only administrators can do it? Does it get sticky'd because of its popularity? Like I said, I'm a newbie to Paint.NET and so I wasn't quite sure about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks my fellow Paint.NET'ers!
