that is really cool except it most likely wont show up in Paint.NET if it still hasnt shown up in photoshop I like how you can delete people and things without messing up the picture

How do you do the effect like the stuff in the Sprint commercials I know its a weird question but it looks cool heres what i mean (if you havent seen the commercial)

Whats going on Its in the Plugins, Tutorials and Trouble shooting forums Its been going on all day.

heres mine i used the ellipse select tool because i couldnt select just the area under the white line. I also did more that just rotate it 10 degrees. I moved it around and rotated it to how i though it looked good.
