Thanks! I did do what you said and it worked! I also noticed that when I chose the tool, an explaination of how to use the tool was on the bottom of the window! I had a "Duh" moment! Thanks again!

Hello! I am new to PDN. And I am attempting some digi scrapbooking. I want to add a PNG file to one of my layers. But I want to tilt that object 90 degrees. I can't figure out how to do this with out tilting the entire picture. I also can not figure out how to move objects once I have added another layer. Thanks in advance!
