I have installed Shape 3d into effects but when I try to use it, it still freezes the program. When I try to view the error report in Utilities it is greyed and can't be viewed.

Hi, Would someone be kind enough to explain the correct way to install Shape 3d plugin as I am having problems with it. I have installed it but have deleted it now as each time I try to use it, Paint.net freezes. I am using Windows 7, have used it before in XP and didn't have any problems.

I am using Windows 7 and have downloaded Paint.net 3.52 but each time I try to use the Shape 3D plugin Paint.net freezes. Is this a bad download of the plugin I have made or is it a problem?. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Derribong.

Thank you for fixing the problem with opening tutorials. It was becoming a little frustrating trying to open the programs and receiving the error message but everything is fine again. Keep up the good work

When I try to open an image with a Red X nothing happens. It says "The webpage cannot be found". Could someone please explain what the problem could be. Thanking you.

Have tried every way I know and the plugins don't show up in the effects,but thanks very much for trying to help me. I think I will give away trying to use plugins.

Try as I may,I cannot open .dll files.Have uninstalled Paint.Net and installed again(v3.05),all to no avail.My computer is running XP2 and IE7,which may not be compatible for Paint.Net.I have used BoltBait's Installing Effects in Paint,but still get the same message when I try to open a file= Caution, You are attempting to open a file of type 'Application Extension'(.dll) These files are used by the operating system and by various programs.Editing or modifying could damage yor system. Would very much like to use the plugins,so will be grateful if anyone has a solution.
