After much determination, luck, and trial and error, this is what worked for me. click start-run-regedit-click ok double click HKEY_LOCAL_MACHIN right click software-left click on permissions I only had "everyone" listed. I added Administrators and then System. Restricted came up on it's own with read already marked in gray. The other 3 I checked allow full control and read. Click apply and then ok. Download program.
