[Why can't i access certain tutorials?]

Some of the tutorials on the wiki are actually available in

the tutorial section. Just a matter of bad links in the wiki.

Try using forum Search with the tutorial titles as keywords.

BTW: I don't understand why these tutorials have been removed whereas all links are still active and, of course Google search index them. Try to find some active tutorial how to create an eye using Paint.Net

I had problems to download PNet 3.0 from a mirror so i downloaded it from another one. But after it I downloaded it from the first mirror again.

Why these files have diferent size? :?:
