I cant figure out how to change a regular GIF into an AGIF?

To me it looks like an old Ford Mustang.

EDIT: Also if you look below the Ford emblem you can see the "Mustang" logo.

OH! Thank you, When I installed that feather it removed the Old "Object Feather"

Well ok, i drew a car and want to know how to render the reflections and colors on the car....I know how i want to do the reflections, gradiants, ect, but i cant figure out how...please help.

Ok i figured it out, My computer itself is not a tablet pc, im using a genius 8x6 tablet, i found the options for it, i turned the sensitivity off

I am using a tablet PC and when i try to draw with the paintbrush tool it uses sensitivity, its impossible to write using the same pressure the whole time example:
