I heard that everyone on here supposedly knew how to do this. I know how to do it to, but I wanted to take a look at at tutorial on this.

Oh, this is an awesome effect. I'm new here, so just out of curiousity, how do you come up with these? Just fiddling around with PAINT.net and you discover something awesome! Cause I have a few effects but they aren't this awesome.
