I have developed an image in another program, and I am trying to paste it into Paint.Net. Everytime I do, it keeps the backgroung which is white, and pulls the whole image, when all I want is just the graphich I created? Is there a way to paste the image without having the white background like a gif? Thanks for all help.

I am really new to Paint.Net. I am trying to make a logo where one image appears to be breaking through the other? For example, imagine looking straight on at a billboard. Then imagine a car breaking through the billborad and then stop the image once the car is half way through? Is that possible, or would it be to extensive to create?
