For some reason, everytime I install a new version of Paint.NET I get a whole load of Paint.NET icons that can't be removed. The problem has happened for the last few versions, and I was wondering if there's any way this can be fixed?

I'm looking to enhance an image of mine to make its colours more vibrant, and the only thing stopping me from getting there is knowing how to do it :oops: This is an example of what I want to do with my image: My image: ---> ? Any hel pis appreciated.

This was the only example I could find, but is basically what I want to do.

Uncentering it just moves the picture, I wanted a blur that would actually begin at it's greatest on end end, then gradually lessen towards the other.

Is there any way of making the motion blur so that it actually blurs one side of the image instead of directly in the center? (The motion blur icon is the type of blur I want)

Is there any way to make your text gradient? (e.g. Start dark blue on the first word and slowly change to light blue) :?
