I was wondering if there was a conversion out there for going from paint.net to photoshop? I have been using paint.net for a while now, and recently got ahold of a copy of photoshop. I am interested in testing it on some of my exhisting paint.net files. Anyone know of such a thing?

First off, happy thanksgiving! Second ! I am looking for a blur tool... be it a plugin for paint.net or an alternate program. All I have found so far is "blur effect" which blurs the entire picture. I need only a portion of a picture blurred. Not the entire thing. Or smudge tool might work. I am avoiding spending money on it (Cough...photoshop) due the the fact that I only plan on editing a few things. Anything out there similiar to this? All I get with google is photoshop
