Could we get a tool that could tone down the harshness of the clone stamp by percentage? (once again, a photoshop niche)

One aspect of photoshop which is lacking in paint.net is a color burn and color dodge tool. Photoshop uses an actual brush for this tool, and the contrast/harshness of the impact the brush makes can be changed. I think this would be a great addition to the already phenominal paint.net!
