  1. OK, thanks for your advice on the install file, that's a very clever feature. Good luck with the rest of the project, I'll try the latest one at home on SP2 too. I've given you a quick review and recommendation on my site here: http://www.megalithic.co.uk/modules.php ... 51&forum=5 Cheers Andy
  2. ...hence asking for an MD5 to check it tallies with a legit version of 2.64 that some of you must still have access to.
  3. I'm not asking you to change the system requirements, I respect the reasons you've stated for progressing on with SP2. I would just like access to a version I can use please. I've found an old version here, http://www.oldapps.com/old_version_PainDotNet.php Paint.NET 2.64 (3 MB) http://www.oldapps.com/download.php?fil ... t_2_64.exe Would someone mind running an MD5 on it to make sure it's a legit version. As I say I'm in a corporate environment and don't want to download something that might not be from a legitimate source. I would have thought making an SP1 version available for people to try is reasonable. Unless there's some sort of agenda or hidden problem with 2.64 that I'm not aware of? Thanks
  4. Hello, I'm new to Paint.NET. I've just installed .NET 2 to run be able to run Paint.NET and am now being told I need XP SP2 (contrary to what's written on the download page). I am in a corporate environment so can't 'just' install SP2 at the moment. I'd like to try it out. I see in the forum and notes that V2.64 worked with SP1. Can you point me towards somewhere I can download V2.64 please, as I'm currently not able to use your program. I've been reading through the forum, fair enough about not supporting 98/Me/2000 but there are loads of people stuck without SP2. Thanks Andy
