  1. Yes, I know, for Paint.Net its just a text file. But I still need to know the colour hex codes equivalent to the colours of the palettes linked above. Otherwise, my bootscreen shot is completely black. Is there such a palette? Or is somebody around, who owns Paint Shop Pro and could export the palette above to a txt file? Help would be really appreciated.
  2. Hello, I am trying to edit my boot screen. I extracted it from the "ntoskrnl.exe" and now I am having a pitch black BMP. I have read, that you need a special colour palette to make the actual image visible. For both, Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop, its called "Palette 16". Links to both ones can be found here (Paint Shop Pro) and here (Photoshop). Is there something similar for Paint.Net? Or is someone around here able to convert one of the given palettes to a Paint.Net-compatible one? Thanks for your time and patience, Martin
  3. haha, shot. Ok, it was about the German language pack not coming up until February. I said, reffering to this: "Oh and when a helping hand is required doing the translations and as long as its not awfully difficult to do, come back to me. I will have some spare time over the next 2 months and I am a fluent speaker of the English and German language Wink So we might be able to speed things up a bit". Thats what I am talking about!
  4. alright, this was due to the fact, that i had still German selected for language. Thanks a lot. And Rick, you still havent answered me.
  5. Hey, when I use the "select rectangle" tool, it doesnt show me the correct selected area. Apparently, it just tells me the position of the top and left side in reference to the overall scale on the very left and very top. Is that correct the way it is? I use Beta2 Oh and Rick, you havent answered me yet on my the offer, I made in my last post "Language change...", which is also in the section of this forum.

  7. Yeah, pretty much what it says above. When I go to the help menu to switch over to German, it says, I have to restart to make it have any effect. When I did so, it says in the help menu, that its switched to German but everything is still in English...
  8. Hey folks, I wanna have some stuff printed shortly and the guys doing that for me dont have the best printer in the world (but the best prices ). The problem is, that the printer aint that exact when it comes to "print borders". So I wanna have a stack of mock paper credit cards for promotion purposes done and this brings me into big trouble, cause when you flip them over after they are cut, front and back are not exactly covering each other. So they told me, the files has to include already front and back to solve this problem. How do i do that with paint.NET? Cheers Martin
