Thanks so much! Now that was too easy!

Ok, I am new to any photo editing so be nice! I have figured out how to do a lot of stuff on my own, but.... When I get a pic how I want it, use the save as option and name the pic, where does the pic go?? I would like to be able to put it in My Documents/My Pictures. Can someone help???? Thanks
