I have a few of these, res is 98 x 78 I'd like to make them look like this (keeping the same res.) is there a way to write a script or macro (based on http://paintdotnet.12.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?t=1158) to automate & perform the conversion as a batch?

I have a collection of images (buttons) in png format, image size is 57 x 57. How can I resize larger(to say 114 x 114) & maintain image clarity without the image getting blurry or looking like it's out of focus?
