No it doesn't . Click the color square next to the Options button on the bottom left of the dialog. But save your work first I did it, but on other way. And I've try what you have suggested, it doesn't work indeed... I'm now waiting for newest version of Paint.NET Then, maybe, will every plugin works correctly.

Maybe you can add some seaweed and little fishes

Drop Shadows Curves+ These are plugins, who won't work on beta-version of V3.30, I think...

Drop Shadow are not working with V3.30. And maybe many other plugin's but I don't know. And, good job, people who made Paint.NET! A cup coffee and a donut for them
