Build 4.0.6 appears to DEMAND .NET Framework 4.5 and will ignore presence of .NET Framework 4.6.81. 4.0.5 and earlier builds could be extracted to just the file set and run. 4.0.6 claims .NET is corrupted (it's not, code to check .NET version doesn't handle 4.6.81 properly) and wants to run PdnRepair. How to bypass this check?

I've found Paint.net will do most of the simple editing which I need. However, I'm still using Paint Shop Pro because it includes a thmbnail viewer for navigation and batch file format conversion. Granted, irfanview does both fo these but how to edit images which are found with the browser and why load 2 apps? Is there a way to integrate Irfanview, seamlessly, with Paint.net or some plug-ins which will give these 2 functions?
