Weirdo

I opened Paint.NET v3.0 but the problem was that the Colors window wasn't showing. I pressed F8 multiple times but it still wouldn't show. How can I get it back?

I was just wondering if I could get another version of Paint NET. 2.6 was working great before I gave my computer the ol' system recovery. The latest one isn't working for me at the moment. I'm completely technologically illiterate so I'm not sure what these "SP2 or later"'s are.
