on that occasion, i just selected the area with rectangle area, then i stretched the area on both ends it also happens when pasting and doing other tasks - nearly always with white parts of the textures

I have a problem editing things with alpha layers for example; from to any help? i have Paint.NET 3.05 and it hasn't happened in previous versions
