PhotoBucket.com shrunk the pics....life sucks instead of adding the good looking roof to the stormy pic and rotating it to fit, I just cut the sky out of the good looking roof pic and added the stormy clouds behind. in the lighter one I left the calm sky and added the stormy sky as a gradient so it blended down to the lighter blue.

I don't have Paint.NET on this computer. Can someone show a screenshot??? I'm having trouble visiualizing this one.

The Conditional Hue/Saturation "Effect" is a plugin. It can be found here http://paintdotnet.12.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?t=1102 It allows you to select a color range and independently change the Hue/Saturation.

can't you just save the images and select it in explorer and print it like that. I know on my (XP)system it doesn't use the picture printing wizard by default.

it would be nice to be able to combine selected layers without flattening the entire image. just a thought. right now if I want to do that I have to copy the layers I want to combine onto a new pdn, flatten, then copy back to old pdn and delete the original layers....lot of work! My idea should be simple enough to implement (not that I would know...having no programming experiance.)

Use the bucket fill and hold SHIFT key. You can play with tolerance to include/exclude more colors.

English version only has these options...not sure what they're called in different lang versions.
