i guess if you want to cartonize a picture...mbe you should add a new layer then draw the main lines and then paint it....use the indirest mode or something like that.......i did it before and it was on Windows paint ^^ OFF TOPIC: Well i think Runescape sucks too T.T try Guild Wars T.T

yeah that might work! i generalu dont really use hue/saturation filter =/ but it generaly helps a lot^^

yeah....but anyways i guess i can tell ya..... 1 creat a new layer..... 2 put the rendering in the new layer.... 3 duplicate it 4 on the rendering that is in the bottom use the the Contrast/brightnest to put it dark/White...depends on the colour of the outerglow you want.... 5 use gausian blur on that white/black layer... 6put the background as you want 7finnished....go get a sanduich and eat ^^

lol....the motion blur you used on the guy is strange....really strange....and the pic is sooooo dark........ i'm sorry but as ytou said it was a really estrange pic =/

=P i just use then some Brightnest/Contrast to put all better =P

to do a background like that just pick up a rendering ya like, then put it on a layer and then add another layer, put ther rendering in another place and do this about 10000 times untill you have all the background covered, the save it as BMP (so all the layers will be 1) then on the background use motion blur and see the effect....... if you want the stripes...... add a new layer and set the fill type to backward or whatsoever (chose 1 you like) and then set the colour of 1 the secondary colour as black and the primary put it Transparency 0.... if you want bigger stripes put the brush bigger.... then on the last layer you created Gausian blur (1 or 2) or set transparency lower......depends on the effect you want (sorry about the errors or if you didnt understand a thing =/) PS: i learned i all alone ^^ nothing is better than try all the stuff and mixing it all xD

I generaly Change the opacity, then i add a new layer, put it behind the layer were the image is and on the layer thet is empty you use the rectangle tool and paint all white, then you may save it as BMP or JPEG or whatever you want =D (sorry if someone already said it, if this is the hardest way, or if no one understood what i said =P....but that's how i do it, i havent read all the posts and sometimes my keyboard stays strange =/) I just read someone's post (forgot his poste xD) and sometimes i use curves for that or even Brightness/Crontast =P

as i did before i made an EMOTIN'S WAR!!!! Wjay ua think 'bout it? It just took 1h and i did whith somegames i play and my internet planet =P =/ Well i had a lot of fun doing so have a lot of fun commenting it xD
