Those image links you provided do not work. They say: My image for this link is no longer here. But thanks for the prog, I'll check it out. I'm kind of a n00b at paint progs and stuff, could you do a step-by-step guide as to how to do this, please?

Does anyone know if this can be done?

Do any of you know if rotoscoping is possible in paint.net or any other downloaded program off the net? I wanted to add the effect to a few pictures of mine. As seen in A Scanner Darkly.
